Where MASE is live
MASE is live at Serenity Rehabilitation Center in Pontiac, Michigan, and at one practice in Texas.
Those are the only live sites this page states. MASE does not publish a national site count, a state count, or a patient census here.
Health OS
Health OS is MASE's electronic medical record for behavioral health and opioid treatment programs. Its product site is https://www.mase-emr.com.
Documented workflows include a dosing-window workflow for opioid treatment programs, inventory counts whose corrections require two staff members plus a separate approver, and overrides that require a human e-signature. Alerts are decision support only. The software does not make the clinical decision.
Health OS is the product described on https://www.mase.health/behavioral-health-emr and https://www.mase.health/otp-emr.
Eva
Eva is MASE's AI phone agent. For MASE and Serenity Rehabilitation Center she verifies callers, books appointments, takes messages, transfers calls, and handles crisis calls.
Eva is not offered to answer other clinics' patient calls. Business associate agreements for that use are not in place.
The phone number published for Eva is (248) 919-5856. Details are on https://www.mase.health/eva.
Neural Hub
Neural Hub is MASE's clinical platform for home health and related care teams. Its product site is https://www.maseneural.io.
On this website, Neural Hub is described at https://www.mase.health/neural-health. It is a separate product from Health OS.
Prime
Prime is MASE's AI assistant layer.
This site does not describe Prime as a connected network, as a learning system, or as a smart-glasses product.

A demo or other conversation starts at https://www.mase.health/request-demo.
Compliance posture
Health OS workflows are designed around 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA obligations that apply to substance use disorder and health records: human e-signature on overrides, two-staff inventory corrections with a separate approver, and decision-support alerts that do not replace a clinician.
This marketing site does not accept, store, or display patient records. Do not send protected health information through the public forms or the /api/ask endpoint.
A plain-language page is at https://www.mase.health/compliance. It is not legal advice and it is not a certification badge.
How to ask this site
A read-only endpoint, POST https://www.mase.health/api/ask with JSON {"question":"..."}, answers only from the facts and FAQ published on this site. It does not call an external model and it has no access to patient data.
The API description is https://www.mase.health/openapi.json. A short discovery file is https://www.mase.health/.well-known/ai-plugin.json. The FAQ is https://www.mase.health/faq.
