MASE Health makes software and services for behavioral health and substance use disorder providers, including opioid treatment programs. This page states the operating facts. It does not state a raise amount or a projection.
Problem
A clinic that treats opioid use disorder has to run a dosing window, keep a controlled inventory, document take-home decisions, and answer a phone line where callers identify themselves as patients. Those records sit under 42 CFR Part 2, not under a general chart.
The confidentiality rule's 2024 amendments reached their compliance date on February 16, 2026. OTP take-home standards changed in the 2024 Part 8 rule. The paperwork and the phone line are the daily work.
Product suite

Sharjeel Khan founded MASE and runs Serenity Rehabilitation Center. The product is built next to a program he operates, not from a slide that names customers the company does not have.
Why now
Part 2 programs had to meet the 2024 confidentiality amendments by February 16, 2026, and OTP take-home methadone is now a documented clinical decision under 42 CFR 8.12 rather than the old time-in-treatment ladder. MASE is building the record and the phone workflow for that work, starting with the two sites named above.
