Health OS
EMR for opioid treatment programs
Health OS is MASE's electronic medical record for behavioral health and opioid treatment programs. The product site is mase-emr.com. It is live with Serenity Rehabilitation Center in Pontiac, Michigan, and one practice in Texas.
Dosing window
Opioid treatment programs dispense medication inside a dosing window. Health OS includes a dosing-window workflow so the clinic can record that work in the EMR instead of a side spreadsheet. This page does not describe a particular pump, dispenser brand, or pharmacy interface, because those connections are not stated here.
Controlled inventory
Inventory counts can be corrected only when two staff members enter the correction and a separate approver accepts it. The change is recorded. That control is the published rule. MASE does not publish a claim that the control removes diversion risk by itself.
Overrides stay with a person
Alerts in Health OS are decision support. They do not replace a clinician. An override requires a human e-signature. The same rule is restated on the FAQ and the compliance page.
What this page does not claim
- No ranking against other OTP EMRs, and no “first” or “only” wording.
- No patient stories, doses, or census figures.
- No promise that a survey, accreditation, or payer enrollment will succeed.
- Eva, the phone agent, is not part of the dosing workflow and does not answer other clinics' patient calls.
