FAQ
Questions MASE can answer in public
Each answer below is also published as FAQ schema. If a question is not listed, the public facts do not cover it.
What is MASE Health OS?
Health OS is MASE's EMR for behavioral health and substance use disorder programs, including opioid treatment program dosing and inventory workflows.
Where is MASE live today?
Serenity Rehabilitation Center in Pontiac, Michigan, and one practice in Texas.
How are inventory corrections controlled?
A correction requires two staff members plus a separate approver, and every change is recorded.
Does the AI make clinical decisions?
No. Alerts are decision support only, and any override requires a human e-signature.
What does Eva do?
Eva verifies callers, books appointments, takes messages, transfers calls, and handles crisis calls for MASE and Serenity Rehabilitation Center. She is not offered to answer other clinics' patient calls.
What is Neural Hub?
Neural Hub is MASE's clinical platform for home health and related care teams. It is a different product from Health OS.
What is Growth Bridge?
Growth Bridge may help eligible providers with EMR subscription costs. It is not a loan, a cash advance, or an automatic waiver. MASE reviews eligibility.
Does this website store patient information?
No. The public pages, demo forms, and /api/ask endpoint are for general questions about MASE. They are not a medical record and they are not a way to reach Eva about a patient.
